Our custom production of square edge profiles uses only DIN-EN 3.1 certified materials, and the eventual quality depends upon customers' requirements. Metal sheets are supplied by service centres or procured directly from manufacturers.

Materials

Zinc-coated sheet metal

Zinc-coated sheet metal is treated to DX51DZ/275g or S320-390GD/275g standards, with shear edge treatment conducted via zinc paints in selected profiles to prevent surface corrosion. Zinc-coated sheet metal is used for manufacturing square edge profiles for indoor and outdoor use as part of primary and secondary structures of hall buildings and building complexes.

Zinc-coated RAL sheet metal

For varnished zinc-coated sheet metals, we apply the 25μ PES standard with foil, whilst using 15μ RSL for the rear side. A micron system (35-70μ) can also be provided for production upon request. The most widely used metal sheets include RAL 9002, 9010, 9006, 9007, 7035, 7016, 5010 and 3000 varnished plates, of thickness 0.63 to 1.00 mm. Varnished sheet metal mostly finds applications in making a range of lining profiles for buildings, sills, skylight curbs and facade cassettes.

Fe sheet metal

Black sheet metal is used in S235-S355, DD11 and DC13 grades according to customers' requirements. The products made of this material, such as various C, L, Z or U profiles, are supplied for metal-working and construction industries, including cowlings and cover sheets, as well as parts of welded units, etc. For these products, we also provide a final surface treatment, such as zinc-dipping / zinc-plating or powder coating (Komaxit).

Alu-zinc sheet metal

Unlike zinc-coated sheet metal, this material's surface layer contains aluminium and zinc, so has a slightly longer life; standard quality is S320/AZ185. Products made of this material are used mainly as complementary profiles for substructures or photovoltaic plant works.

Titanium-zinc sheet metal

The production of square edge profiles chiefly makes use of materials produced by NEDZINK in the Netherlands, the thickness varying from 0.60 to 1.00 mm, in light-grey, pre-weathered and graphite (black) designs. From this we mainly manufacture sills, a full range of complementary profiles for roofs and buildings and facade cassettes.

Stainless sheet metal

Stainless sheet metal is used in the following primary grades: COLD-ROLLED METAL AISI 304.AVAILABLE QUALITIES: AISI 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 430, 309, 309S, 310 and 310S. 2B, 220-240 grind and brushed finishes, depending on customers' demands. Products made of this material are supplied to all industrial and construction sectors where there are increased requirements for the material's durability and resistance.

Copper sheet metal

Copper sheet metal is processed in thicknesses from 0.55 to 1.00 mm, mainly for producing plumbing profiles, folded roofing and plating listed monuments.

Plastic-coated sheet metal

We use plastic-coated sheet metal with a rubber layer of 800 microns, this guaranteeing the sheet can be welded with all types of roofing sheets. It is a material for primarily making terminal profiles for waterproofing applications in flat roofs and hall buildings.

Aluminium sheet metal

Aluminium sheet metal is used in the 99.5 and AlMg1 quality, thicknesses ranging from 0.50 to 4.00 mm, with an E6/EV1 anodised coating or natural finish ready for powder coating. Profiles are also made from pre-varnished aluminium sheet metal, in primary tones RAL 9010, 9016, 9002 and 9006.
